From approval to first call
Your technical prefix, SIP destination, access to the customer portal and any account-specific settings are supplied during onboarding. This public guide does not contain live credentials or routing details.
- 01
Receive your interconnection details
After commercial approval, we assign your account a unique technical prefix and provide the SIP destination and any other connection parameters. Use only the values issued for your account.
- 02
Allowlist your originating IPs
Add the public source IP addresses your switch will send traffic from in your customer portal. Only originate calls from addresses approved for your interconnection; update the portal before changing an egress IP.
- 03
Prefix the Request-URI number
Configure your SIP switch to prepend your assigned technical prefix to the destination number in the Request-URI user part of the initial SIP INVITE. Keep the destination number after the prefix and use the SIP host we provide.
- 04
Test before sending live traffic
Place test calls from an allowlisted IP using your assigned prefix and check that the destination, CLI and audio behave as expected. Confirm your prepaid balance is positive before moving to live traffic.
Initial INVITE format
The technical prefix goes immediately before the dialled destination number in the Request-URI user part. It is not an extra SIP header and does not replace the destination number.
INVITE sip:<YOUR_TECH_PREFIX><DESTINATION_NUMBER>@<ASSIGNED_SIP_HOST> SIP/2.0Placeholders only — use your assigned values and the destination number format confirmed during onboarding. Do not send this example literally.
IP allowlisting
Manage originating public IPs in the customer portal supplied with your account. Portal access is provided during onboarding; this website does not manage your allowlist.
Ready for live traffic
Check prefix placement, allowlisted source IP, the assigned SIP host, tested call setup and a positive prepaid balance before increasing traffic.
